SHIPPING:

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING above $70 purchase !

We process all orders on the next business day (Monday-Friday).

U.S. orders: usually shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or UPS, it takes 2 to 4 business days to deliver. You can select faster options at customer's cost. All rates are automatically calculated by USPS or UPS.

International Orders: usually shipped via USPS Priority International and usually takes 7 to 10 business days for delivery depending on custom clearance. If  you require a different shipping method please contact us. All rates are automatically calculated by USPS.

Tracking informations will be provided upon shipment and customer is responsible to track its parcel. Package might be held until customs fees are paid by customer. In case, package is sent back to us due customer fees unpaid, shipping fees and any cost charged will be paid by customer. 

All international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer, please contact you local post office for more information. 

 

RETURNS:

We allow returns for on unworn/as new condition merchandise including original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Make sure to try your shoes on carpet to avoid damaging the outsole, we won't accept return of a damaged product. Products not returned in original box or a separate shipping package/box is subject to a 10% reboxing fee.

We don't do refunds for returned product, we offer only an exchange of size, items or a store credit for the value of the product returned. If you choose a store credit instead of an exchange, please inform us and we will send your store credit once we receive the product back in store. Store Credit is valid for 6 months.
For a product or size exchange, Customer will pay the shipment fee back to us and we will cover the shipping fee to customer for the first exchange only. Please check our Size Guide or contact us for any size advice or return question, we are not responsible for any fitting or wearing issue. Any product returned and lost in transit will be at customer cost as it is not our responsibility.

SALES ITEMS: 

We don't accept any returns or exchanges on sales items considered as final sales.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

We allow returns for items determined to be a failure in workmanship within 6 months of the purchase date. We cannot make accommodations for items that are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear or accidental damage. If you feel that a product is defective, please contact us
